DELIVERY:
 

Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are carried out by courier company Speedy or Econt Express.

Delivery to Romania, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia and Poland is made to a Speedy office. The price for delivery is fixed and is BGN 15 for items up to 3 kg. Delivery is paid in advance by bank card through the Stripe platform.

The delivery price is fixed for all orders BGN 9.30. 

The delivery to Romania, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia and Poland price is fixed at BGN 15 for items up to 3 kg. Delivery is paid in advance by bank card through the Stripe platform.

The standard delivery time is up to 5 working days (with the exception of populated areas that are served according to the schedule of Econt or Speedy).

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are processed accordingly - Monday or the first working day after the holiday. 

 

If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by our employee on the indicated phone number. 

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Cash on delivery or card upon receipt by courier, or bank card through the Stripe platform.

RETURN TERMS:

For the return of shipments from Romania, Greece, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia and Poland, it is carried out to a Speedy office at the expense of the Customer. Refunds are only for the product/s, within 30 days after receiving the goods back from Jesse 11 Ltd. and inspecting them for signs of use, to the Customer's bank account, which he must provide with his return request of the product through the contact form on the tonylans.com website.
In the event that the product is found to be used and does not have a preserved commercial appearance, the amount will not be refunded.

The value of the returned products will be refunded to you by sending the product back to us by courier with cash on delivery for orders placed on the territory of Bulgaria and the stated payment method "Cash on delivery". You need to indicate the exact amount of the product that you purchased it for, excluding shipping costs.
