DELIVERY:

Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are carried out by courier companies Speedy or Econt Express.

The delivery price is fixed for all orders at BGN 6.99.

The standard delivery time is up to 5 working days (with the exception of populated areas that are served according to Econt's or Speedy's schedule).

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are processed accordingly: Monday or the first working day after the holiday.

 

If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by our employee on the indicated phone number.

PAYMENT:
 

Cash on delivery or card upon delivery by courier.

RETURN TERMS:

The user has the right within 14 days to refuse the goods he has purchased, and he can choose to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The term begins to run from the date of receipt of the product.

 

The value of returned products will be refunded to you by sending the product back to us via cash-on-delivery courier. You need to indicate the exact amount of the product that you purchased it for, excluding shipping costs.

Returned goods must be in good, merchantable condition with tags intact and must show no signs of use.
